Vet Petting a Horse

Field Trips and
Educational Visits

A mental health field trip like no other

Our ranch offers students and youth groups a unique blend of fun, learning, and emotional growth.

During a one-hour visit, participants:

  • Meet and interact with our friendly therapy animals

  • Tour the ranch and learn about animal care and wellness

  • Engage in activities that promote mindfulness, empathy, and self-awareness

These visits make social-emotional learning real. Kids might brush a miniature horse, notice a llama’s change in mood when spoken to gently, or lead a goat along a trail, all while practicing patience, kindness, and communication.

Educators love that our visits are interactive, developmentally appropriate, and memorable, giving students lessons they’ll carry with them long after they return to class.
